The arson targeted a garage of a car rental company late Sunday night.
Police were called around 1:45 a.m. at the Citycar Rentals garage located on Crémazie Boulevard East, near Marquette Street.
When police arrived, Montreal firefighters were already on the scene putting out the fire.
