At around 8:45 a.m., Longueuil police officers (SPAL) responded to a 911 call at a residence on De Champagne Street. Police got a call from a person who was worried about the man’s health; when officers arrived they found both bodies.

No CPR was administrated as both were declared dead upon arrival.

Constable Jacqueline Pierre, a public relations officer at the SPAL, says that “everything leads us to believe that it was a domestic tragedy that occurred.”

It’s said to be a family tragedy reportedly a murder followed by a suicide.
