Boil water advisory lifted in Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce

The City of Montreal has lifted the boil water advisory in Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.

The city says water sample analysis results led to the advisory being lifted.

The advisory was in effect since Tuesday due to a drop in water pressure.

Residents are being asked to open all cold-water faucets and let the water run for a few minutes before using it. It is not necessary to empty the hot water tank.

Coffee machines and ice machines should be emptied, washed and disinfected.

Filters should be changed on filtration systems like pitchers, faucet or under-sink filter, or refrigerator with water dispenser.
